Queens is a Christ-centered movement created to empower, encourage, and educate women as they grow into the fullness of who they were created to be. Founded on the belief that every woman carries purpose, value, and influence, Queens exists to provide environments where women can heal, grow, learn, and step forward with renewed confidence through faith.
Through transformational programs, gatherings, mentorship experiences, and digital resources, Queens equips women to strengthen their identity in Christ, build supportive sisterhood, and develop the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate life with clarity and purpose. Every experience within Queens is intentionally designed to help women move from simply surviving life’s challenges to living with strength, vision, and spiritual authority.

Natasha Pierre is a faith-driven leader, author, and women’s empowerment advocate devoted to helping women rediscover their identity, strength, and purpose through Christ. As the founder of Queens, a Christ-centered movement built on the pillars of Empower, Encourage, and Educate, Natasha creates transformational experiences that guide women through healing, growth, and purposeful living.
Her work is rooted in the belief that every woman carries divine value and influence, regardless of her past experiences or present challenges. Through speaking engagements, mentorship programs, community gatherings, and digital discipleship experiences such as the Crown Room, Natasha equips women with the spiritual foundation, emotional resilience, and practical tools needed to walk confidently into the lives they were created to lead.
Natasha is the author of As I Fix My Crown, a devotional designed to help women rebuild their confidence, strengthen their faith, and embrace the journey of becoming who God has called them to be. Her message combines compassionate understanding with bold conviction, inspiring women to rise beyond limiting beliefs, reclaim their voice, and step forward with renewed clarity and courage.
Known for her commanding warmth, authenticity, and unwavering faith, Natasha’s mission is to cultivate environments where women feel seen, strengthened, and equipped to thrive. In God
There is one true God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who created all things and sustains all life.
In Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for the sins of humanity, rose from the dead, and offers salvation and eternal life to all who believe in Him.
In Salvation
Salvation is a gift of God’s grace received through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works, and brings forgiveness, restoration, and new life.
In the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit dwells within believers, guiding, strengthening, and empowering them to live according to God’s will.
In the Bible
The Holy Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, providing truth, wisdom, and direction for daily living.
In Identity and Purpose
Every woman is created by God with inherent value, dignity, and purpose, and through Christ can grow in healing, confidence, and spiritual maturity.
